
Processing Time
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During holidays, orders may experience processing delays.
If invalid information is provided, we will be unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address details. If this occurs, the processing time may be extended by an additional 3-5 business days.
Note: All shipping addresses are verified through the US Postal Service. If you are unsure of your shipping address, please refer to USPS.com. This does not apply to international orders.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays.
MoviPure is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times, as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is refused, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment method used at checkout and will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will only be processed after the product is received and reviewed by the MoviPure team.
Our primary delivery service is UPS (United Parcel Service). We cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS. In case of delays or issues with your delivery, please contact us at movipure.com. MoviPure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Note: In very rare cases, international shipping may take 4-6 weeks. In extreme cases, 8-12 weeks. MoviPure is not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain regions may require additional shipping fees.
Order Cancellation
Due to high order volume, orders are immediately processed at our fulfillment center. If a customer requests cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, the order may be canceled. After this period, cancellations will not be possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer must refuse the package and notify us immediately with the refusal date or return the package with a valid tracking number. Refunds will only be processed after the package is received and reviewed at our warehouse.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Due to strict shipping schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the address. If the package is returned to us, we can either reship it to the correct address or process a refund.
Delivery of Items
If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered to the customer's address, but the customer claims not to have received it, we do not offer refunds. In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS) for assistance.
Return Policy – 60-Day Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with MoviPure, we offer a 60-day return guarantee.
To receive a full refund, all bottles (whether full, empty, or partially full, including any bonus or free bottles received) must be returned to our fulfillment center within 60 days from the order date.
The return package must include a written or printed note with the following information:
Order ID (found on your receipt)
Full Name and Complete Shipping Address
Email and Phone Number
Original receipt (if available)
(Note: If all bottles are not returned, the refund will be partial.)
For a refund to be processed, the product must arrive at our fulfillment center within 60 days of the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued to the customer's bank account and may take 3-5 business days to appear on the bank statement.
